Experimental structure determination by X-ray crystallography and NMR is still too slow and expensive a keep up with the rate of sequence generation and various methods of predicting a proteins structure from its sequence alone are needed. In present project “Predicting Protein Structure Using Only Sequence Information” five automated are used in predicting protein structure from sequence. These automated web server are SWISS-MODEL, PHYRE, ESYPHRED-3D, PS-squar and LOOPP. Twenty six structure of rice protein are taken from protein data bank. And their sequence submitted on servers as input. These servers generate three- dimensional structure of protein from amino acid sequence. Results are collected according to server and calculate their RMSD values by the help of Chimera tool. RMSD value of all predicted structures is less than two (<2 Ǻ) which shows that predicted model accuracy related to experimental structure
